刺络拔罐联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Stabbing and Cupping Combined with Gabapentin in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的分析刺络拔罐联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(Postherpetic Neuralgia,PHN)的疗效。方法随机选取2021年8月—2023年8月于北京市第二医院就诊的60例PHN患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法均分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组口服加巴喷丁胶囊,研究组采用加巴喷丁胶囊联合三棱针点刺放血拔罐治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)及简版麦吉尔疼痛问卷-2(Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire-2,SF-MPQ2)、ID疼痛量表、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组VAS、ID疼痛量表、SF-MPQ2疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用刺络拔罐联合加巴喷丁治疗PHN疗效显著,治愈率高,疼痛明显减轻,且具较高安全性。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of stabbing and cupping combined with gabapentin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 60 PHN patients treated in Beijing Second Hos⁃pital from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into con⁃trol group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group took gabapentin capsule orally,and the study group was treated with gabapentin capsule combined with threeedge needle point and cupping.The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Short-Form McGill Pain Question⁃naire-2,(SF-MPQ2),and ID-Pain scale,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,VAS,ID-Pain and SF-MPQ2 scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).There was no significant differ⁃ence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of posther⁃petic neuralgia treated with stabbing and cupping combined with gabapentin is remarkable,with high cure rate,significant reduction of pain,and high safety.
