盆腔肿块检查过程中应用腹部超声诊断的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Application of Abdominal Ultrasound Diagnosis during the Examinationof Pelvic Masses

目的探讨采用腹部超声检查方法实施盆腔肿块检查的临床价值。方法随机选取2021年2月—2023年5月金乡县人民医院80例疑似盆腔肿块患者为研究对象。所有研究对象均进行腹部超声检查、阴道超声检查以及腹部超声检查+阴道超声检查,以病理诊断作为金标准,比较腹部超声检查、阴道超声检查单独和联合诊断效能。结果腹部超声+阴道超声诊断特异度为96.67%,诊断灵敏度为96.00%,诊断准确度为96.25%。阴道超声诊断效能和腹部超声诊断效能结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);但腹部超声+阴道超声联合诊断敏灵敏度和准确度高于单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.292,27.733,P均<0.05)。结论临床盆腔肿块患者的诊断采用腹部超声检查的价值明显,但此种方法存在一定的误诊率以及漏诊率。因此实际应用中,提倡腹部超声和阴道超声联合应用完成诊断,可显著提升盆腔肿块患者的诊断效能。

Objective To explore the clinical value of using abdominal ultrasound examination methods to implement pelvic mass examination.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected pelvic masses in Jinxiang County People's Hospital from February 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.All subjects underwent abdominal ultrasonography,vaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography plus vaginal ultrasonography.Pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic effi⁃cacy of abdominal ultrasonography and vaginal ultrasonography alone and in combination.Results The diagnos⁃tic specificity of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound was 96.67%,the diagnostic sensitivity was 96.00%,and the diagnostic accuracy was 96.25%.There was no significant difference between the diagnostic efficacy of vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound(all P>0.05).However,the sensitivity and accuracy of combined abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound were higher than that of single diagnosis,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.292,27.733,both P<0.05).Conclusion The value of abdominal ul⁃trasound is obvious in the clinical diagnosis of patients with pelvic masses,but this method shows a certain mis⁃diagnosis rate and omission rate.In this regard,during the actual application,it is advocated that the two ultra⁃sound diagnostic methods should be fully combined to complete the diagnosis,so as to significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency of patients with pelvic masses.
