基于5G云边协同的智慧精准计划免疫接种管理中心的设计与初步应用

Design and preliminary application of smart and precision planned immunization management centers based on 5G‑based collaborative cloud and edge computing

摘要 目的在疫苗接种管理中心首次应用5G云边协同技术,并融合区块链、AI等新兴信息技术,实现智慧架构、建设应用和精准管理。方法采用云、网、安全、信息一体化设计思路,全面分析精准计划免疫接种全过程对移动处理、筛查监测、安全隐私、接种效率、疫苗溯源、异常反应处理、数据决策的需求,结合数字接种门诊改造中的本地化特色,设计、建设了云边协同数字底座上的精准免疫接种管理融合信息系统应用。结果项目在广东省25家基层医疗机构进行了试点,据反馈,该平台的使用加快了疫苗分发和配送的速度,缩短了接种等待时间,能够确保疫苗质量和安全性,提高了公众对疫苗的信任度;还提升了接种操作的规范性,减少了人为错误,提高了接种成功率和接种安全性,增强了接种对象对医疗机构的信赖感。结论精准计划免疫接种管理是面向传染疾病医防融合的关键技术手段,设计并应用了“一站式”接种管理中心,融合5G、边缘计算、视觉AI等新一代信息技术,提高了公共卫生服务效能,是促进基层公共卫生服务应用网络规模示范应用的强大保障,也是5G云边协同技术在公共卫生与健康管理领域的一次创新。 Objective The objective of this study is to implement 5G‑based collaborative cloud and edge computing,integrating emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence,to achieve intelligent architecture,construction and applications,as well as accurate management in vaccination administration centers.Methods By incorporating the concepts of cloud computing,internet,security,and information integration,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the requirements for mobile processing,screening and surveillance,data security and privacy,vaccination efficiency,vaccine traceability,abnormal response handling,and data‑driven decision‑making in the precision immunization process.We also considered local conditions in the renovation of digital vaccination clinics and developed a precision immunization management information system based on collaborative cloud and edge computing.Results The project was piloted in 25 primary health care institutions in Guangdong Province.Feedback indicated that the platform accelerated vaccine delivery and distribution,reduced waiting times for vaccination,ensured vaccine quality and safety,and improved public trust in vaccines.It also enhanced the standardization of vaccination operations,reduced human errors,improved vaccination success rates and safety,and increased the trust of vaccination recipients in medical institutions.Conclusion Precision planned immunization management plays a crucial role in integrating medical treatment and prevention of infectious diseases.The design and implementation of a comprehensive vaccination management center,integrating 5G,edge computing,visual AI,and other new generation information technologies,can significantly improve the efficiency of public health services.This approach serves as a strong foundation for promoting the scale demonstration and application of primary public health service networks and represents an innovative utilization of 5G‑based collaborative cloud and edge computing in public health and health management.
