音乐素养即个体对音乐的理解、表达及鉴赏的能力,对于高校大学生而言,是其综合素质的重要组成部分。近年来,我们注意到大学生在乐理知识、作品欣赏等方面存在不足,音乐教育环境亦有待优化。本文在探究大学生音乐素养的基础上,提出切实可行的提升策略:构建优质的音乐学习环境,激发大学生对音乐的兴趣和热情,是提升音乐素养的基石;坚守传统文化之根,深化音乐社会实践,使大学生在参与中感受音乐的魅力;利用新兴科技平台与媒体,创新音乐教育方式,为大学生提供多元化的学习路径。此外,探索音乐疗法的功能扩展与线上疗愈平台的构建,不仅有助于提升大学生的音乐素养,还能为他们的身心健康提供有益的帮助。

Music literacy is the ability of individuals to understand,express and appreciate music,which is an important part of the comprehensive quality of college students.In recent years,we have noticed that there are deficiencies in the knowledge of music theory and the appreciation of works among college students,and the music education environment needs to be optimized.This paper proposes practical strategies to improve the music literacy of college students on the basis of exploring their musical literacy.That is,to build a high-quality music learning environment to stimulate college students'interest and enthusiasm for music,which is the cornerstone of improving music literacy,to adhere to the roots of traditional culture,to deepen the social practice of music,so that college students can feel the charm of music in participation,and to use emerging technology platforms and media to innovate music education methods and provide diversified learning paths for college students.In addition,exploring the expansion of the function of music therapy and the construction of an online healing platform will not only help improve the music literacy of college students,but also provide beneficial help for their physical and mental health.
