摘要
目的利用Micro-CT评价不同热牙胶充填系统对根管充填致密性的影响。方法选取30颗圆/椭圆形单根管前磨牙,根长统一为12 mm,随机分为A、B、C三组(每组10个样本),控制组间距根尖5 mm处根管截面的长径、短径、长径/短径及预备后的管腔体积无统计学意义。分别使用“BeeFill 2in1”型热牙胶充填系统、“Fi-P”“Fi-E”型热牙胶充填系统及冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术完成充填。1周后,应用Micro-CT扫描并测量分析各组根管充填物与根管管腔在整体、根颈1/3、根中1/3、根尖1/3的体积比并进行统计学分析。结果“BeeFill 2in1”型和“Fi-P”“Fi-E”型热牙胶充填系统的整体、根颈1/3、根中1/3、根尖1/3根管充填物体积比均明显高于冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术(P<0.05);“BeeFill 2in1”型和“Fi-P”“Fi-E”型热牙胶充填系统组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);“BeeFill 2in1”型热牙胶充填系统、“Fi-P”“Fi-E”型热牙胶充填系统、冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术组内根颈1/3、根中1/3的根管充填物体积比高于根尖1/3根管充填物体积比(P<0.05)。结论与传统冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术相比,“BeeFill 2in1”型热牙胶充填系统和“Fi-P”“Fi-E”型热牙胶充填系统在根管充填致密性方面有显著的优越性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of different warm gutta-percha obturation systems on root canal filling density by Micro-CT.Methods 30 single-rooted premolar teeth with oval-shaped or round-shaped canals were selected,and root length was uniform at 12 mm.The teeth were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C(with 10 samples in each group).There were no statistically differences in long diameter,short diameter,long diameter/short diameter,and prepared lumen volume of the root canal cross-section at a distance of 5 mm between the control groups."BeeFill 2in1"warm gutta-percha obturation system,"Fi-P"and"Fi-E"warm gutta-percha obturation systems,and cold gum lateral pressure filling technology were used to complete the filling,respectively.Micro-CT was used to scan,measure and analyze the volume ratio of root canal filling material to root canal cavity in the whole root canal,the 1/3 of the root neck,the 1/3 of the root middle,and the 1/3 of the root tip in each group,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results The percentage of volumes of root canal filling materials in the whole root canal,the 1/3 of the root neck,the 1/3 of the root middle,and the 1/3 of the root tip in"BeeFill 2in1"warm gutta-percha obturation system,"Fi-P"and"Fi-E"warm gutta-percha obturation systems were significantly higher than those of the cold gum lateral pressure filling technology(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between"BeeFill 2in1"warm gutta-percha obturation system,"Fi-P"and"Fi-E"warm gutta-percha obturation systems(P>0.05).The percentage of volumes of root canal filling materials in the 1/3 of the root neck,the 1/3 of the root middle in"BeeFill 2in1"warm gutta-percha obturation system,"Fi-P"and"Fi-E"warm gutta-percha obturation systems,and the cold gum lateral pressure filling technology was higher than that in the 1/3 of the root tip in root canal filling volume(P<0.05).Conclusion"BeeFill 2in1"warm gutta-percha obturation system,"Fi-P"and"Fi-E"warm gutta-percha obturation systems have more obvious superiority in root canal filling density than cold gum lateral pressure filling technology.
