摘要
为有效推动老字号白酒企业高质量发展,以三沟酒业为研究对象,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了三沟酒业的发展现状和成功经验。在此基础上,结合老字号企业高质量发展的文献研究,根据中国白酒文化内涵三层次理论模型,从物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个层面来设计老字号白酒企业高质量发展路径,并提炼注重科学统筹、推动绿色发展,以及优化公司治理、秉承传统工艺、追求质量第一、实施品牌战略、打造精英团队和强化党建引领、融合坦荡文化、坚持以人为本的对策。可为老字号白酒企业及其他行业老字号企业高质量发展和品牌振兴提供理论支撑与实践指导。
In order to effectively promote the high quality development of the time-honored Baijiu enterprises,this paper takes SanGou Baijiu industry as the research object,adopts the method of induction analysis,analyzes the development status and successful experience of the SanGou Baijiu industry.On this basis,combined with the literature research on the high-quality development of time-honored enterprises,according to the three-level theoretical model of Chinese Baijiu cultural connotation,this paper designs the high-quality development path of time-honored Baijiu enterprises from the three levels of material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture,and summarizes the countermeasures of focusing on scientific overall planning and promoting green development.As well as the optimization of corporate governance,adhering to the traditional process,the pursuit of quality first,the implementation of brand strategy,to create an elite team of countermeasures and strengthen the leadership of party building,integration of magnifying culture,adhere to the people-oriented countermeasures.The research can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high quality development and brand revitalization of time-honored Baijiu enterprises and other time-honored enterprises.
