摘要
諸家將“選練”一詞解釋爲“選拔訓練”是望文生訓,誤。今謂“選練”實爲“選揀”,“練”和“揀”同從“柬”聲,聲近義通;“選練(揀)”爲同義連文,即“挑選、選擇”之義。
It is wrong to interpret“Xuanjian(選練)”as“XuanbaXunlian(選拔訓練)”in some books,and the latter means“selecting and training”.“Xuanjian(選練)”should be interpreted as“Xuanjian(選揀)”which means“select”or“choose”,and the“Jian(練)”is the borrowed word of“Jian(揀)”.
