This paper explores the feasibility of implementing the ISO 19650 and OpenBIM standards for data exchange in the Daishan project.The study aims to understand the benefits,challenges and potential solutions for adopting these standards in the construction industry.The study includes a review of the current state of data exchange in the industry,a comparison of the two standards,and an analysis of their application in the Daishan project.The results of the study demonstrate the advantages of using ISO 19650 and OpenBIM,including improved data accuracy,enhanced collaboration,and reduced costs.However,the study also highlights the challenges of implementation,such as the need for training,a common platform and data exchange protocol,and the requirement for proper project management.The study concludes that the implementation of ISO 19650 and OpenBIM standards in the Daishan project is feasible,and the benefits of their use outweigh the challenges.
