媒体融合背景下高职传媒人才培养策略探索

On Exploration of the Training Strategy of Higher Vocational Media Talents under the Background of Media Convergence

伴随着媒体融合向纵深推进,人才供给侧正面临着全新的挑战。培养复合型全媒体人才,既是传媒行业的诉求,也是业界的共识。尽管部分高职院校对全媒体人才培养模式进行了有益的探索与创新,但是在课程设置、实践教学等方面仍存在较大问题。在媒体融合背景下,通过实地调研,采用文献研究法和案例分析探讨高职传媒人才的培养,既有助于对内优化课程体系、健全校内实践平台、完善以赛促学机制,更有利于对外搭建媒校协同育人平台,合力提升高职全媒体人才的培养质量。

With the deepening of media convergence,the talent supply side is facing new challenges.Cultivating compound all-media talents is not only the appeal of the media industry,but also the consensus of the industry.Although some higher vocational colleges have made beneficial exploration and innovation to the all-media talent training mode,there are still big problems in the curriculum setting and practical teaching.Under the background of media convergence,through field research,the literature research method and case analysis to explore the cultivation of higher vocational media talents,both help to optimize the curriculum system,improve the campus practice platform,perfect the promotion mechanism,more conducive to foreign media school collaborative education platform,and together promote the cultivation of higher vocational media talent quality.
