碳酸亚乙烯酯的合成工艺研究

摘要 以氯代碳酸乙烯酯(CEC)为原料,三乙胺为脱氯试剂合成碳酸亚乙烯酯(VC),确定了CEC前处理对VC合成的影响。考察了溶剂、反应温度、反应时间、脱氯试剂用量、阻聚剂等因素对反应的影响。结果表明:CEC热处理后进行反应,以碳酸二甲酯为溶剂,在反应温度70℃、反应时间2 h、三乙胺与氯代碳酸乙烯酯的摩尔比为1.1∶1、以叔丁基对苯二酚为阻聚剂条件下,过程总收率达到76%。 Vinyl carbonate(VC)was synthesized using chlorinated ethylene carbonate(CEC)as starting material,and triethylamine as dechlorination reagent.The effect of CEC pretreatment on the VC synthesis was determined.The effects of solvents,reaction temperature,reaction time,dechlorination reagents,dechlorination reagent dosage,and polymerization inhibitors on the reaction were also investigated.After heat treatment of CEC,the reaction was carried out using dimethyl carbonate as solvent at 70℃for 2 h.The molar ratio of triethylamine to chloroethylene carbonate was 1.1∶1,and tert butyl hydroquinone was used as the polymerization inhibitor.The overall yield of the product reached 76%.
