刺激响应型纤维素基水凝胶及其应用

摘要 刺激响应型纤维素水凝胶是一种具有大量亲水性结构、交联形成的三维网络结构材料,除了具有良好的生物相容性和柔韧性外,在一定条件下能对包括温度、pH、湿度、压力、光、电场、磁场、化学物质等外界刺激因素进行响应,自身性质如相态、体积、形状、分子极性、反应速率或识别性能等随之发生变化。这使其在化学传感器、转换器、记忆元件开关、人造肌肉、药物控释、固定化酶、组织工程等领域具有良好的应用前景。着重阐述了温度响应型、pH响应型、湿度响应型、压力响应型、电响应型、光响应型、磁响应型、双重或多重响应型纤维素水凝胶构建机理,并对其在药物输送与释放、柔性超级电容器、柔性传感器等高技术领域的应用进行了阐述,总结了响应型纤维素水凝胶所面临的挑战和未来的研究趋势。 Stimulus responsive cellulose hydrogel is a three-dimensional network structure material with a large number of hydrophilic structures and cross-linking.In addition to good biocompatibility and flexibility,it can respond to external stimuli including temperature,pH,humidity,pressure,light,electric field,magnetic field,chemical substances and other external stimuli under certain conditions,and its own properties such as phase,volume,shape,molecular polari-ty,reaction rate or recognition performance will change accordingly.This makes it have good application prospects in fields such as chemical sensors,converters,memory element switches,artificial muscles,drug controlled release,im-mobilized enzymes,and tissue engineering.The construction mechanisms of temperature responsive,pH-responsive,hu-midity responsive,pressure responsive,electrical responsive,photoresponsive,magnetic responsive,double or multiple responsive cellulose hydrogels were emphatically described,and their applications in high-tech fields such as drug deliv-ery and release,flexible supercapacitors,and flexible sensors were described.The challenges and future research trends of responsive cellulose hydrogels were summarized.
