PBAT/稻壳粉复合材料的制备和研究

摘要 近年来,人们的环保意识逐渐提高,面对愈加严重的“塑料污染”问题,生物可降解塑料成为学术界的关注热点。针对生物可降解材料成本较高的问题,引入生物质添加剂往往是切实可行的改进方法。选用生物可降解塑料聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)进行改性,采用硅烷偶联剂改性稻壳粉和PBAT制备了一系列可生物降解复合材料,并对其性能进行了详细研究。运用傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱仪(FTIR)比较了稻壳粉在改性前后官能团变化,对一系列复合材料的微观形貌、力学性能、热稳定性进行了测试和研究。结果表明:改性稻壳粉添加质量份数为10时,可显著提升PBAT的拉伸强度和韧性。 In recent years,people's awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased.In the face of more and more serious“plastic pollution”problem,biodegradable plastics have become the focus of academic attention.In response to the high cost of biodegradable materials,the introduction of biomass additives is often a practical improve-ment method.The biodegradable plastic poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)was selected for modification.A series of biodegradable composite materials were prepared by using silane coupling agent modified rice husk powder and PBAT.The functional group changes of rice husk powder before and after modification were compared by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and the micromorphology,mechanical properties,and thermal stability of a se-ries of composite materials were tested and studied.The results show that the tensile strength and toughness of PBAT can be significantly improved with the addition of modified rice husk powder at 10 parts.
