Key Points of Electrical Design for Large-scale Commercial Complexes from the Perspective of Developers

本文从商业综合体多变的业态调整、设备招采过程中的容量调整、招商过程中的需求调整以及部分大型商业的分批竣工备案验收等问题出发,提出设计人员需要具备的三种思维模式,并结合工程实例,分析总结甲方视角下的商业综合体电气设计要点,以供参考。

Based on the changeable format adjustment of commercial complexes,the capacity adjustment in the process of equipment procurement,the demand adjustment in the process of investment promotion,and the batch completion and filing and acceptance of some large-scale businesses,this paper proposes three thinking modes that designers need to have,and analyzes and summarizes the key points of electrical design of commercial complexes from the perspective of Party A in combination with engineering examples,for reference.
