用声音传递关爱用悦读呈现精彩--以吴江区图书馆盲人阅读服务项目为例

Using Sound to Convey Care and Presenting Excitement Through Pleasing Reading--Takeing the Blind Reading Service Project of Wujiang District Library as an Example

目前,开展全民阅读活动已成为我国的一项基本文化公共服务政策。优化残疾人群体的阅读服务是我国实现阅读推广全民覆盖的关键一环。因此,在阅读推广中要实现“残疾人,一个都不能少”。文化服务的实施是推进全民阅读的一项重要内容,属于长期文化工程一个组成部分,需要文化政策与文化服务工作者们不断努力推进实施。基于文化政策要求及残疾人阅读服务的需求,该文探讨公共图书馆为盲人读者提供服务的有效措施,即在做好传统服务的基础上,进一步追求创新型服务,以使得盲人阅读服务更贴近读者个性需求。

At present,carrying out nationwide reading activities has become a basic cultural public service policy in China.Optimizing reading services for disabled people is a key link to achieve universal coverage of reading promotion in China.Therefore,in the reading promotion to achieve"the disabled,one can not be less".The implementation of cultural services is an important part of promoting national reading,which belongs to a long-term cultural project,and needs the continuous efforts of cultural policies and cultural service workers to promote the implementation.Based on the requirements of cultural policies and the demand of reading services for the disabled,this paper discusses the effective measures of public libraries to provide services for the blind readers,that is,on the basis of good traditional services,to further pursue innovative services,so as to make the reading services for the blind more close to the individual needs of the readers.
