“士”魂“商”才--传统“士商”精神的当代价值

习近平文化思想强调“着力赓续中华文脉、推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展”。在中华优秀传统文化中,“士精神”集中反映了“士”这一主体对道德价值的极度重视。宋元以来,商人地位提高,部分的“士”开始向商人转型。明清之后,出现“士商”合流之势,由儒家伦理道德组成的“士精神”融入商业经济领域,由此形成的“士商”精神是中国传统商人精神的重要组成部分。该文主要运用文献研究法、跨学科研究法,旨在探索“士商”精神的当代价值,树立社会主义市场经济条件下的正确价值导向,哺育现代商业价值体系,推动建设人人坚守诚信规范、恪守道德准则的和谐社会。

Xi Jinping's cultural ideology emphasizes"striving to continue the Chinese cultural heritage,promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture".In the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the scholar spirit reflects the extreme importance that the subject of"scholars"places on moral values.Since the Song and Yuan dynasties,the status of merchants has improved,and some"scholars"have begun to transform towards merchants.After the Ming and Qing dynasties,there was a trend of"scholars and merchants"merging,and the scholar spirit composed of Confucian ethics and morals integrated into the field of commercial economy.The scholar-merchant spirit formed from this is an important component of traditional Chinese merchant spirit.This article mainly uses literature research and interdisciplinary research methods,aiming to explore the contemporary value of the scholar-merchant spirit,establish the correct value orientation under the conditions of socialist market economy,nurture the modern commercial value system,and promote the construction of a harmonious society where everyone adheres to integrity norms and moral standards.
