当前我国网络文化建设存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Network Culture Construction in China at Present

我国社会发展进入新时代,在习近平总书记提出的网络强国战略思想的引领下,贯彻落实“依法治网、以德润网”的理念,在实践中不断加强网络文化建设。随着科技和互联网的快速发展和广泛运用,网络文化在中国特色社会主义文化的传播中发挥着重要作用。该文从网络文化的基本内涵和主要特征出发,在新时代中国特色社会主义理论的指导下,指出当前我国网络文化建设的重要作用和存在的主要问题及问题产生的主要原因,并针对目前存在的问题及产生的原因提出了加强我国网络文化建设的对策。从实践出发,结合我国国情探索出符合实际的网络文化建设道路,推动网络文化建设顺利开展,逐步实现网络文化的繁荣发展,朝着现代化网络强国的目标不断前进。

In the new era,under the guidance of the strategic thought of strengthening the country by network put forward by the General Secretary,we will implement the concept of"ruling the network according to law and moistening the network by virtue"and constantly strengthen the construction of network culture in practice.With the rapid development and wide application of science and technology and Internet,network culture plays an important role in the spread of Socialism with Chinese characteristics culture.Based on the basic connotation and main characteristics of network culture,under the guidance of Socialism with Chinese characteristics theory in the new era,this paper points out the important role,main problems and main reasons of network culture construction in China at present,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen network culture construction in China in view of the existing problems and reasons.Starting from practice,combined with the actual situation in China,this paper explores the road of network culture construction in line with the national conditions,promotes the smooth progress of network culture construction,gradually realizes the prosperity and development of network culture,and advances towards the goal of a modern network power.
