含油污泥处理与资源化利用技术研究进展

摘要 介绍了含油污泥的来源、特征及其对环境的影响,总结了含油污泥处理技术的最新进展。目前国内外含油污泥处理技术主要包括资源化处理和无害化处理两大类。其中,资源化处理技术涉及溶剂萃取、热解、超声波、热洗涤和调剖处理等方法,无害化处理技术包括焚烧、固化、氧化和生物处理等方法及对含油污泥残渣综合利用。详细论述分析和对比了含油污泥处理技术的优缺点和作用原理,为含油污泥的资源化、无害化高效处理提供理论支持。 The sources and characteristics of oily sludge and its impact on the environment are introduced,and the latest progress in oily sludge treatment technology is summarized.At present,domestic and international oily sludge treatment technologies mainly include two categories:resource treatment and harmless treatment.Among them,the resourceful treatment technology involves solvent extraction,pyrolysis,ultrasonic wave,thermal washing and profiling treatment,while the harmless treatment technology includes incineration,curing,oxidation and biological treatment methods and comprehensive utilization of oily sludge residues.The advantages,disadvantages and principles of oil-containing sludge treatment technologies are analyzed and compared in detail to provide theoretical support for the resourceful,harmless and efficient treatment of oil-containing sludge.
