江苏省数字经济发展现状与对策探析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Digital Economy Development in Jiangsu Province

数字经济是时代发展的必然趋势,是继工业、农业经济后的主要经济类型,是实现中国经济高质量、可持续发展的新动能。江苏省作为中国数字经济的引领者,取得了一系列丰硕成果,但也在数据安全性、数字科技原始创新能力、龙头企业、数实融合程度、数据要素、数字人才以及数字监管评估手段等方面暴露了一些问题。为匹配江苏“十四五”数字经济发展建设进程,本文针对存在的问题提出相关对策建议,助力江苏数字经济迈入世界先进水平。

The digital economy is an inevitable trend in the development of the times,and is the main economic type after industrial and agricultural economies.It is a new driving force for achieving high-quality and sustainable development of the Chinese economy.As a leader in China's digital economy,Jiangsu Province has achieved a series of fruitful results,but it has also exposed some problems in data security,original innovation capabilities of digital technology,leading enterprises,degree of integration between data and reality,data elements,digital talents,and digital regulatory evaluation methods.To match the development and construction process of Jiangsu's digital economy during the 14th Five Year Plan period,this article proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions to address the existing problems and help Jiangsu's digital economy enter the world's advanced level.
