Research on Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴已成为中国未来发展的重要战略。高职院校创新创业教育是创新型人才培养的主要途径,能为乡村振兴战略提供人才保障。基于乡村振兴的角度,本文探讨了高职院校创新创业人才培养与乡村振兴战略的联动价值以及创新创业人才培养存在的问题,分析了乡村振兴带来的机遇,并提出了创新创业人才培养的基本策略,为高职院校创新创业人才培养促进乡村振兴提供理论参考。

Rural revitalization has become an important strategy for China's future development.Innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges is the main way to cultivate innovative talents and provide talent support for the rural revitalization strategy.From the perspective of rural revitalization,this article explores the linkage value between the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational colleges and the rural revitalization strategy,as well as the existing problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.It analyzes the opportunities brought by rural revitalization and proposes basic strategies for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,providing theoretical reference for the promotion of rural revitalization by the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational colleges.
