基于少量数据的火电厂设备检修周期决策研究

摘要 对火电厂设备检修维护数据的分析与处理,可以提高设备的可靠性和安全性,降低故障率和维修成本,提高设备的利用率和运行效率,从而为火电厂的生产经营提供有效的支持。本文介绍了火力发电厂设备系统的维护调度,以降低整个运行期的维护成本,同时保持设备系统当前的可靠性水平。降维法用于解决将一些可用数据和其他与设备故障有关的因素一起使用的问题,与平均故障时间相比,可用数据被限制在较短的运行周期范围内,这一问题通过使用可用的实际数据外推故障周期的整个分布来解决。 The analysis and processing of equipment maintenance data in thermal power plants can improve the reliability and safety of equipment,reduce failure rates and maintenance costs,improve equipment utilization and operational efficiency,and provide effective support for the production and operation of thermal power plants.This article introduces the maintenance scheduling of equipment systems in thermal power plants to reduce maintenance costs throughout the entire operation period while maintaining the current reliability level of the equipment system.The dimensionality reduction method is used to solve the problem of using some available data together with other factors related to equipment failures.Compared to the average failure time,the available data is limited to a shorter operating cycle range.This problem is solved by extrapolating the entire distribution of the failure cycle using the available actual data.
