电磁制热系统制热温度模糊PID控制方法

摘要 由于传统的控制方法主要是基于被控对象的静态特性而进行控制,这会导致对电磁制热系统制热温度的控制效果不理想,为此,本文提出了一种新颖的电磁制热系统制热温度模糊PID控制方法。本文建立了电磁制热系统的数学模型作为被控对象,设计了一个模糊PID控制器,实时跟踪被控对象的动态特性,整定了控制器参数,实现了电磁制热系统的制热温度模糊PID控制。采用本文所设计的控制方法后,电磁制热系统的制热温度调节时间为36s,超调量为5%,表明在该控制方法下系统的制热温度可以很快进入到稳态且稳态误差较小。 Due to the traditional control methods mainly based on the static characteristics of the controlled object,the control effect on the heating temperature of electromagnetic heating systems is not ideal.Therefore,this paper proposes a novel fuzzy PID control method for the heating temperature of electromagnetic heating systems.The paper establishes a mathematical model of an electromagnetic heating system as the controlled object,designs a fuzzy PID controller,tracks the dynamic characteristics of the controlled object in real time,sets the controller parameters,and realizes the fuzzy PID control of the heating temperature of the electromagnetic heating system.After adopting the control method designed in this paper,the heating temperature adjustment time of the electromagnetic heating system is 36s,and the overshoot is 5%,which indicate that under this control method,the heating temperature of the system can quickly enter steady state with small steady-state error.
