摘要
供电一致性是电能质量和网络可靠性的主要指标之一。在一般情况下,配电网具有放射状结构,当其网络馈线中有一个发生故障被隔离时,下游的负载可能会断电。以向客户提供高质量、可靠的能源为目标的网络结构变量是配电网运行中的一个重要参数。本文提出了一种新的有效的启发式遗传算法来最大限度地恢复配电网负荷,并在不可能恢复所有负荷的情况下使用遗传算法来消除最小负荷。通过在IEEE 33总线标准配电网络上的成功应用,验证了采用本文遗传算法的有效性和准确性。
The power supply consistency is one of the main indicators of power quality and network reliability.In general,the distribution network has a radial structure,and when one of its network feeders is isolated due to a fault,the downstream loads may lose power.The network structure variable aimed at providing customers with high-quality and reliable energy is an important parameter in the operation of distribution networks.This paper proposes a new and effective heuristic genetic algorithm to maximize the recovery of distribution network load,and uses genetic algorithm to eliminate minimum load when it is impossible to recover all loads.The effectiveness and accuracy of using the genetic algorithm proposed in this paper have been verified through successful application on the IEEE 33 bus standard distribution network.
