深度学习在前列腺MRI中的应用

摘要 前列腺癌(PCa)是男性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其全球发病率位于男性恶性肿瘤的第二位。MRI在前列腺癌的诊断和评估中发挥着重要作用,前列腺MRI包含解剖及功能成像序列,不仅能观察前列腺解剖结构,也能反映前列腺功能及代谢改变,因此MRI是目前公认用于诊断和评估PCa的最佳成像技术。随着人工智能的快速发展,深度学习作为机器学习的一个新的研究方向被应用于前列腺MRI,在PCa的诊断、治疗及预后中发挥日益重要的作用。本文总结了深度学习目前在前列腺MRI中的相关应用,并着重介绍深度学习在缩短扫描时间、改善图像质量、前列腺体积分割、病变检测与表征、预后评估及靶向穿刺活检方面的应用。
