基于内部控制的不同聚偏氟乙烯水凝胶性能测试与应用

摘要 为了提升基于内部控制的水凝胶的应用性能,采用冻融循环法制备了不同聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF-TrFE)含量的水凝胶,对比分析了不同PVDF-TrFE含量的水凝胶的微观结构和性能。结果表明,PHPP-300水凝胶在冷冻前后都具有相对较高的杨氏模量,随着添加PVDF-TrFE含量增加,PHPP-水凝胶的韧性先增加后减小,PHPP-300水凝胶在冷冻前后都具有最大的韧性;在添加不同量的PVDF-TrFE后,PHPP-水凝胶的含水率会有不同程度增加,在PVDF-TrFE添加量为300mg时取得PHPP-水凝胶的含水率最小值。随着测试温度的降低,PHPP-300水凝胶的电导率逐渐减小,且当温度从-20℃降低至-40℃时,电导率降低幅度较大。适宜的PVDF-TrFE添加量为300mg,所制备的PHPP-300水凝胶具有最佳的综合性能。 In order to improve the application performance of hydrogels based on internal control,hydrogels with different content of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF TrFE)were prepared by freeze-thaw cycle method,and the microstructure and performance of hydrogels with different content of PVDF TrFE were compared and analyzed.The results showed that PHPP-300 hydrogel had relatively high Young's modulus before and after freezing.With the increase of PVDF TrFE content,the toughness of PHPP hydrogel first increased and then decreased,and PHPP-300 hydrogel had the maximum toughness before and after freezing.The water content of PHPP hydrogel would increase in varying degrees after the addition of different amounts of PVDF TrFE,and the minimum water content of PHPP hydrogel would be obtained when the addition of PVDF TrFE was 300 mg.With the decrease of test temperature,the conductivity of PHPP-300 hydrogel gradually decreased,and when the temperature decreased from-20 C to-40 C,the conductivity decreased significantly.The appropriate addition amount of PVDF TrFE was 300 mg,and the PHPP-300 hydrogel prepared had the best comprehensive performance.
