GIS设备SF6气体检测技术优化与自动补气新装置设计

摘要 在科技进一步发展的时代背景下,电力设备更新换代,以往所采用的油断路器与真空断路器逐步被创新式SF6断路器所替代。以确保供电安全、减少SF6气体泄漏故障问题作为根本目标,通过探究GIS设备SF6气体检测与自动补气控制等方法措施,进一步分析SF6设备概况及充气作业中存在的具体问题,介绍该装置的结构设计方案和功能要求,进而获取该装置在现场工作中提高充气精度、改善了工艺水平等良好结果,这对GIS设备SF6气体管理的实践工作有一定的指导意义。 In the context of the further development of science and technology,the power equipment has been upgraded,and the oil circuit breaker and vacum circuit breaker used in the past have been gradually replaced by the innovative SF6 circuit breaker.In order to ensure the safety of power supply and reduce the problem of SF6 gas leakage and failure,this paper further analyzed the general situation of SF6 equipment and the specific problems existing in the filling operation by exploring the methods and measures of SF6 gas detection and automatic gas supply control of GIS equipment,introduced the structural design scheme and functional requirements of the device,and then obtained the good results of improving the charging accuracy and improving the process level of the device in the field work,which had certain guiding significance for the practical work of SF6 gas management of GIS equipment.
