比较视域下职业院校“双师型”教师胜任力标准构建

Construction of Competency Standards for "Double-qualified" Teachers in Vocational Colleges from a Comparative Perspective

职业院校的人才培养急需跨越教育和职业的“双师型”教师,教学能力和职业实践能力兼备的“双师型”教师的胜任力要素必然与普通教师有着明显差异。本文比较分析了英、美、德三国职业教育教师任职资格,结合我国职业院校“双师型”教师任职要素,梳理“双师型”教师胜任力的共同要素,从专业胜任力、教育教学胜任力和职业技能胜任力三个维度对“双师型”教师胜任力框架进行构建,提出契合“双师型”教师岗位特点的胜任力标准,为有效评价“双师型”教师胜任力提供客观依据。

The talent cultivation of vocational colleges urgently needs "double-qualified" teachers who cross education and profession.The competency elements of "double-qualified" teachers who have both teaching ability and professional practice ability are inevitably different from ordinary teachers.This article compares and analyzes the qualifications of vocational education teachers in the United Kingdom,the United States,and Germany.Combining with the elements of "double-qualified" teacher positions in vocational colleges in China,it summarizes the common elements of "double-qualified" teacher competence,constructs the framework of "double-qualified" teacher competence from three dimensions:professional competence,educational and teaching competence,and vocational skill competence,and proposes competency standards that are suitable for the characteristics of "double-qualified" teacher positions.This provides objective basis for effectively evaluating the competence of "double-qualified" teachers.
