高职思政课教学能力比赛的若干问题探讨

摘要 全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛,为打造职教特色的思想政治理论课提供了前瞻指引。参赛教师应从宏观、中观、微观三个层面明晰比赛要求,有效破除教学设计重局部轻全局、教学内容重案例轻理论、教学过程重形式轻内容、教学评价重流程轻指标等误区,重点从教学设计突出应用导向,教学实施突出实践属性,教学评价突出德技并修等方面实施,以打造真正具有职教特色的思想政治理论课,提高教学质量和效果。 The National Vocational College Skills Competition Teaching Ability Competition provides forward-looking guidance for creating ideological and political theory courses with vocational education characteristics.The participating teachers clarify the competition requirements from three levels:macro,meso,and micro.They effectively eliminate misconceptions such as teaching design emphasizing local aspects over the overall situation,teaching content emphasizing case studies over theory,teaching process emphasizing form over content,and teaching evaluation emphasizing process over indicators.The focus is on emphasizing application orientation in teaching design,practical attributes in teaching implementation,and moral and technical integration in teaching evaluation,in order to create a truly ideological and political theory course with vocational education characteristics and improve teaching quality and effectiveness.
