废硫酸再生装置导热盐管线开裂原因分析及修复方法

摘要 熔盐具有良好的热稳定性和较高的热传导系数,在废硫酸再生装置中用作高温热载体。某废硫酸再生装置熔盐系统运行期间,搭载熔盐介质的导热盐夹套管线多次发生泄漏,影响装置正常运行。对导热盐管线泄漏区域管道裂纹进行了理化检验检测,制定了以更换管道材质及改进伴热方式为主要内容的修复方案。方案实施后效果良好,用相同方法完成了剩余导热盐管线的优化改进,有效保障了导热盐管线的安全稳定运行。 Molten salt has good thermal stability and high heat transfer coefficient,and is used as a high-temperature heat carrier in a waste sulfuric acid regeneration unit.During the operation of the molten salt system of a waste sulfuric acid regeneration unit,the heat transfer molten salt jacket pipeline carrying the molten salt medium leaked several times,affecting the normal operation of the unit.Physical and chemical inspection and testing of pipeline cracks in the leaking area of the heat transfer molten salt piping was carried out,and a repair plan was formulated with the replacement of piping material and improvement of heat tracing as the main contents,which was effective after the implementation of the plan,and the optimization and improvement of the remaining heat transfer molten salt piping was completed in the same way,which effectively ensured the safe and stable operation of the heat transfer molten salt pipeline.
