摘要
羊毛织物经NaOH、NaAlO_(2)和Na_(2)CO_(3)预处理后,可提高其对阳离子抗菌剂聚六亚甲基双胍(PHMB)和季铵盐西吡氯铵(CPC)的吸附量。分析了抗菌剂质量分数、整理温度和时间对羊毛织物吸附PHMB和CPC的影响。优化后的整理工艺为:浴比1∶50,8%(omf)的PHMB和12%(omf)的CPC在50℃恒温下处理羊毛织物60 min。NaOH、NaAlO_(2)和Na_(2)CO_(3)预处理的羊毛织物分别能够吸附3.88%、3.41%、3.28%的PHMB和6.30%、6.09%、6.27%的CPC。经PHMB和CPC整理的羊毛织物能够杀灭99.9%以上的大肠埃希菌。
Wools pretreated by sodium hydroxide(NaOH),sodium aluminate(NaAlO_(2))and sodium carbonate(Na_(2)CO_(3))enable to increase the adsorption capacity of cationic antimicrobial agent polyhamethylene biguanide(PHMB)and quaternary ammonium salt cepyrylammonium chloride(CPC).The effects of antimicrobial agent concentration,temperature and time on PHMB and CPC adsorption to wool fabrics are studied.The optimized finishing process is as follows:bath ratio 1∶50,dipped in PHMB of 8%(omf)and CPC of 12%(omf)at 50℃for 60 min.NaOH,NaAlO_(2)and Na_(2)CO_(3)pretreated wool fabrics adsorb 3.88%,3.41%and 3.28%of PHMB and 6.30%,6.09%and 6.27%of CPC,respectively.The wool fabrics finished by PHMB and CPC exhibit strong antibacterial abilities,killing more than 99.9%of Escherichia coli.
