融媒体场域下高校思想政治教育交互模式的运行策略研究

Practical Path of Interactive Mode for Ideological and Political Education in Universities in the Field of Media Convergence

融媒体改变了高校思想政治教育的外部环境,为高校思想政治教育交互模式带来发展机遇的同时,也突显了这一模式在教育者队伍素质、教育资源、教育方式方法等方面遇到的困境。高校思想政治教育交互模式良性运行要从三个方面加以优化:队伍要“强”,注重量的积累与质的转变;内容要“优”,注重价值引导与主体建构的结合;方式要“新”,注重平等对话与说理传情的结合。

The media convergence has transformed the external environment of ideological and political education in universities and colleges,which has brought opportunities for the development of the interactive mode of ideological and political education.At the same time,the deficiency of the quality of the teaching staffs,educational resources and education methods has also been revealed.Therefore,we should optimize the interactive education mode from three aspects:to strengthen the team construction,balancing the increase of quantity and the upgrading of quality of team members;to optimize the teaching content,ensuring the combination of value guidance and subject construction;to innovate the teaching forms,focusing on the integration of scientific reasoning and affective education through equal dialogue between students and teachers.
