网络圈层作为信息资源互通、情感价值共享的新样态,日益成为思想政治教育话语传播的重要场域。凝聚网络圈层思想共识、营造网络圈层清朗生态、维护网络意识形态安全是新时代网络圈层思想政治教育话语传播的目标指向。网络圈层中思想政治教育话语传播面临圈内循环削弱话语内容吸引力、圈层区隔分散话语传播凝聚力、阵地争夺破坏话语生态完整性的困境,可以通过优化内容设计、探索融通之道、发挥协同作用来建立全方位内容矩阵、实现圈内外话语联动、重构主阵地话语生态,提升思想政治教育话语在网络圈层中的传播效能。

As a new pattern of sharing information and emotional value,the network social circle has become an important platform for the discourse dissemination of ideological and political education.The goal of the dissemination should be achieving the consensus,building the healthy and well-ordered ecology,maintaining ideological security in the circles.The dissemination is faced with many predicaments,such as the attractiveness of discourse content diluted by the inner-circulation,cohesion blocked by different strata and circles,the ecology damaged by contradicting discourse communities.We should optimize content design,while exploring the way of integration and cooperation,establishing an all-round content matrix,realizing the linkage between the discourses both within and outside different circles,reconstructing the dominant discourse ecology,so as to enhance the effectiveness of the discourse dissemination of ideological and political education in the network social circles.
