基于OBE理念的地理学研究生导师指导机制研究

Research on Guidance Mechanism of Postgraduate Supervisors in Geography Based on Outcome-based Education Conception

研究生导师在研究生培养中起着重要作用,其指导模式和方法关系到研究生的培养质量。从地理学专业研究生培养目标出发,梳理现阶段研究生导师在指导模式方面存在的问题。基于OBE教育理念,从研究生导师遴选、导师团队协作、导师引领机制三方面完善研究生团队指导机制;结合地理学专业特色,从沟通机制、交流、传帮带和注重科研实践四方面建立导师工作机制。可充分发挥导师指导作用提高研究生培养质量,也可为导师队伍建设和导师工作机制完善提供借鉴和参考。

Postgraduate tutors play an important role in postgraduate training,and their guidance modes and methods are related to the quality of postgraduate training.Based on the training objectives of graduate students majoring in Geography,this paper summarizes the shortcomings in current guidance modes and methods employed by postgraduate tutors.Under the concept of Outcome-based Education,the team guiding mechanism would improve from the selection and appointment,the team collaboration and the working mechanism of postgraduate tutors.Taking into account the characteristics of Geography,this paper advocates the establishment of an advisors'working mechanism from communication mechanism,passing on experience and a strong emphasis on scientific research practice.This study would leverage the role of tutors to improve the quality of postgraduate training,and could also serve as a reference for the construction of tutor team and the improvement of tutor working mechanism.
