我国竞技体育后备人才多元培养模式与优化路径研究

Research on Multi-training Mode and Optimization Path of Competitive Sports Reserve Talents in China

新时代,竞技体育后备人才培养模式是实现我国体育强国梦的重要方式。本文运用文献资料法、社会调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国竞技体育后备人才培养的举国体制模式、体教融合模式、温州模式、个人—家庭模式进行研究。结果发现,目前我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式呈现出“一主多辅”的特点,举国体制模式仍占据我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式的主导地位,但随着新时代我国体育事业的不断发展,行政部门、社会系统、家庭力量也都参与到竞技体育后备人才培养上,丰富了我国竞技体育后备人才的培养模式。基于此,提出我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式的优化路径:盘活社会力量,推动多模式协同创新;坚持以人为本,增强各模式发展可持续性;平等与效应相结合,协调各模式主体利益关系;依法治体,健全多模式协同治理的法制程序等优化路径。

In the new era,the training mode of reserve talents in competitive sports is an important way to realize the dream of sports power.In this paper,the literature review,social investigation,logic analysis and other research methods are used to study the nationwide system model,sports-education integration model,Wenzhou model,individual-family model of China's competitive sports reserve talent training.It is found that at present,the training model of competitive sports reserve talents in China is characterized by"one mainsteam and multiple auxiliary",and the nationwide system still occupies a dominant position in the cultivation model of competitive sports reserve talents in China.But with the continuous development of sports in our country in the new era,administrative departments,social systems,and family forces also participate in the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents,enriching the sports reserve talent training mode in China.Based on this,the paper puts forward the optimization path of training mode of reserve talents in sports in China:activating social forces,promoting multi-mode collaborative innovation;puting people first and making development models more sustainable;combining equality and effect to coordinate the interests of each model;governing according to law,and improving the legal procedures of multi-mode collaborative governance and other optimization paths.
