摘要
本文运用文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法、测试法等研究方法,对山西农业大学2022级的2个田径选修班分别进行12周的KDL理念教学和专项训练教学。结果表明,2种教学方法各有侧重,均对学生具有良好的促进作用;专项训练教学在促进学生体质健康方面的教学效果优于KDL理念教学,而KDL理念教学在培养学生体育兴趣方面的教学效果优于专项训练教学;从长远的现实情况考虑,KDL理念教学的教学效果要更优于专项教学。建议:学校应从促进学生个性化发展及实现终身体育目标的角度出发,转变当前的教学模式,实行KDL理念教学课程改革。
This article uses research methods such as literature review,experiment,questionnaire survey and testing to conduct 12 weeks of KDL concept teaching and specialized training teaching for two athletics classes at Shanxi Agricultural University in 2022.The results show that both teaching methods have their own emphasis and have a good promoting effect on students;The teaching effect of specialized training in promoting students'physical health is better than that of KDL concept teaching,and the teaching effect of KDL concept teaching in cultivating students'interest in sports is better than that of specialized training teaching;Considering the long-term reality,the teaching effect of KDL concept teaching is better than that of specialized teaching.It is suggested that universities should transform the current teaching mode and implement KDL concept teaching curriculum reform from the perspective of promoting personalized development of students and achieving lifelong physical education goals.
