3个菜用甘薯新品系比较试验

摘要 本研究以3个菜用甘薯新品系福18-C3、福18-C19和福18-C21为研究对象,在湖南地区进行比较试验,对3个新品系的主要基本性状、嫩茎农艺性状、鲜薯产量及营养品质进行测定,并对嫩茎农艺性状与鲜薯产量进行相关性分析。结果表明:3个菜用甘薯新品系茎尖均全绿无毛,符合菜用甘薯的外观标准;18-C3、福18-C19和福18-C21的鲜薯产量分别为5436.15、21781.80、20792.25 kg/hm^(2)。相关性分析发现,嫩茎节间长度与茎粗度、叶片长都成极显著正相关关系,与叶片宽成显著正相关关系;鲜薯产量与叶片宽成显著正相关关系,与叶柄长度成极显著负相关关系。品质分析发现,福18-C3和福18-C19的可溶性糖含量分别为1.25%和1.17%,还原性糖含量分别为8.25%和7.45%,均显著高于福18-C21。福18-C3和福18-C19综合性状优良,可扩大种植和用于后续新品种登记及推广。 In this study,three new vegetable sweetpotato lines(Fu 18-C3,Fu 18-C19 and Fu 18-C21)were used as research objects to carry out a comparative experiment in Hunan,to determine the main basic traits,agronomic traits of tender stems,fresh potato yield and nutritional quality of the three new lines,and to conduct correlation analysis between the agronomic traits of tender stems and fresh potato yield.The results showed that the three new vegetable sweetpotato lines had green and glabrous stem tips,which were all in line with the appearance standard of vegetable sweetpotato;the fresh potato yield of Fu 18-C3,Fu 18-C19 and Fu 18-C21 was 5436.15 kg/hm^(2),21781.80 kg/hm^(2)and 20792.25 kg/hm^(2),respectively.The correlation analysis found that the internode length of tender stem was highly significantly positively correlated with the stem thickness and leaf length,and significantly positively correlated with the leaf width;the fresh potato yield was significantly positively correlated with the leaf width,and significantly negatively correlated with the petiole length.Quality analysis revealed that the soluble sugar content of Fu 18-C3 and Fu 18-C19 was 1.25%and 1.17%respectively,and the reducing sugar content was 8.25%and 7.45%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of Fu 18-C21.Fu 18-C3 and Fu 18-C19 had excellent comprehensive traits,which could be expanded planting and used for subsequent registration and promotion of new varieties.
