我国与东盟大蒜产品标准比对研究

Comparison Research on China and ASEAN Garlic Product Standards

本文对我国和东盟大蒜产品标准中的质量指标、污染物限量和农药最大残留限量的差异进行了分析。结果表明:在质量要求方面,我国和东盟对大蒜产品的等级要求和等级不合格容许度不同;在尺寸规格上,我国分为4个等级,东盟分为5个等级;在污染物限量方面,东盟只要求了铅和镉的最大限量,分别为0.10 mg/kg和0.05 mg/kg,我国还有汞、砷和铬的限量要求;在农药最大残留限量方面,我国对大蒜规定的农药最大残留限量有135种,东盟有24种,其中共同有规定的17种,仅东盟有规定的有7种。

This paper analyzed the differences in quality indicators,pollutant limits and maximum residue limits of pesticides in garlic product between China standard and ASEAN standard.The results showed that in terms of quality requirements,China standard and ASEAN standard had different grade requirements and grade failure tolerances for garlic products.In terms of size specifications,China standard had four grades,and ASEAN standard had five grades.In terms of pollutant limits,ASEAN standard only required maximum limits for lead and cadmium,which were 0.10 mg/kg and 0.05 mg/kg,respectively;China standard also required maximum limits for mercury,arsenic and chromium.In terms of the maximum residue limits of pesticides,China standard required 135 pesticides,and ASEAN standard required 24 pesticides,among which 17 pesticides were jointly required by China standard and ASEAN standard,and only 7 pesticides were required by ASEAN standard.
