核电机组蒸汽发生器参数敏感性研究

摘要 蒸汽发生器是核电机组一二次侧重要的换热设备,其换热性能直接影响着整个机组的出力。在蒸汽发生器的设计、制造、运行过程中,有多个参数直接影响着蒸汽发生器的换热性能,为深入研究不同参数对于蒸汽发生器换热性能的具体影响,对传热管导热系数、传热管壁厚加工偏差、一次侧平均温度、污垢热阻、堵管率开展了参数敏感性研究,研究结果为后续核电机组蒸汽发生器的设计、制造、运维提供了相应指导。 Steam generator is one of the most important heat transfer equipment for nuclear power units,and its heat transfer performance directly affects output of the whole unit.During design,manufacture and operation of steam generators,there are many parameters that directly affect heat transfer performance.In order to further study the specific impact of different parameters on heat transfer performance of steam generator,parametric sensitivity studies were carried out on thermal conductivity of heat transfer tube,processing deviation of wall thickness of heat transfer tube,mean temperature of primary side,fouling thermal resistance,and tube plugging rate.The research results provide guidance for design,manufacture,operation and maintenance of steam generators in nuclear power units.
