摘要社会情感学习(Social and Emotional Learning,简称SEL)旨在提升学生的情绪管理与社会技能方面的能力。SEL教育可以完善以往课程过于偏重个体知识与技能发展的功利目标,体现非智力因素对学生终身发展的重要作用,帮助学生认识自我、调整自我、学会沟通,使学生具备更好地适应未来生活的能力,成为一名合格的公民。
