摘要
在“双碳”战略背景下,大量公共建筑的低能耗优化设计需要被深入研究。本文从建筑运行能耗的角度,以教学楼为研究对象,以控制建筑运行能耗为目标,通过文献与案例研读,将建筑功能空间划分为主要功能空间、次要功能空间、辅助功能空间三个空间层级。同时,按照单侧式、中间式、双侧式、围绕式、核心式五种类型,将教学楼抽象为相关研究模型后进行能耗模拟分析,归纳出不同建筑功能空间层级的运行能耗规律,以期为公共建筑节能设计研究与实践提供参考。
In the context of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,large-scale construction of public buildings with the optimization design of low energy consumption should be further studied.From the perspective of building operational energy consumption,taking teaching buildings as the research object and controlling building operational energy consumption as the goal,through literature and case studies,this paper divides functional spaces into three spatial levels:primary,secondary and auxiliary.Based on case analysis,the teaching buildings are summarized into five types:single side,middle,double side,surrounding and core.This paper abstracts teaching buildings into relevant research models for energy consumption simulation.The operational energy consumption patterns of different functional space levels in the building are summarized,to provide references for the research and practice of energy-saving design in public buildings.
