智能无人化仓储系统在医院临床二级库房的应用

摘要 目的通过采用智能物联网、人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)视觉系统等新技术升级库房智能化水平建立智能无人化仓储系统,以减轻医务人员工作量,提升耗材管理时效和精细度。方法针对医院传统的低值耗材仓库管理模式存在的问题,搭建一种基于AI、视觉、重力传感和生物识别技术的二级仓库低值耗材智能无人化仓储系统;并通过对比系统使用前后的耗材盘点时长、盘点准确率及耗材的损耗率,检验智能无人化仓储系统的应用效果。结果智能无人化仓储系统应用之后,耗材盘点时间显著缩短,盘点准确率显著提高,工作人员满意度显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能无人化仓储系统的应用对医院二级库房的管理效率提升具有重大意义,可以为其他医院应用该技术提供一定借鉴价值。 Objective To establish an intelligent unmanned storage system to reduce the workload of medical staff and improve the timeliness and precision of consumables management through the use of intelligent Internet of Things,artificial intelligence(AI)vision system and other new technologies to upgrade the intelligent level of the warehouse.Methods To solve the problems of traditional low-value consumables warehouse management mode in hospitals,an intelligent unmanned storage system for lowvalue consumables in secondary warehouses was constructed based on AI,vision,gravity sensing and biometrics.By comparing the inventory time,inventory accuracy and consumption rate of consumables before and after the use of the system,the application effect of the intelligent unmanned storage system was tested.Results After the application of the intelligent unmanned storage system,the inventory time of consumables was significantly shortened,the inventory accuracy was significantly improved,and the staff satisfaction was significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent unmanned storage system is of great significance to improve the management efficiency of secondary warehouse in hospitals,and can provide some reference value for other hospitals to apply this technology.
