改良根治术与保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌患者的临床效果对比

Comparison on Clinical Effects of Modified Radical Mastectomy and Breast Conserving Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Early Breast Cancer

目的对比改良根治术与保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌患者的临床效果。方法将110例早期乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55)。对照组采用改良根治术治疗,观察组采用保乳手术治疗,比较两组患者的手术相关指标、并发症发生情况及远期预后情况。结果观察组手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.27%,明显低于对照组的23.64%(P<0.05)。术后2年,两组局部复发率(7.27%vs.3.64%)及远处转移率(3.64%vs.1.82%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌患者采用改良根治术与保乳手术治疗的远期预后相当,但保乳手术可明显缩短患者手术时间、住院时间,减少患者术中出血量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of modified radical mastectomy and breast conserving surgery in the treatment of patients with early breast cancer.Methods 110 patients with early breast cancer were divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55).The control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy,and the observation group was treated with breast conserving surgery.The operation related indicators,complications and long-term prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.27%,significantly lower than 23.64%in the control group(P<0.05).2 years after surgery,no statistical difference was found in the local recurrence rate(7.27%vs.3.64%)and distant metastasis rate(3.64%vs.1.82%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of patients with early breast cancer has similar long-term prognosis with breast conserving surgery,but breast conserving surgery can significantly shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients,and reduce the intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of complications.
