替罗非班联合丁苯酞用于超溶栓时间窗脑梗死患者的疗效分析

Analysis on the Efficacy of Tirofiban Combined with Butylphthalide in Cerebral Infarction Patients with Super Thrombolysis Time Window

目的探讨替罗非班联合丁苯酞治疗超溶栓时间窗脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年8月我院收治的超溶栓时间窗脑梗死患者80例,随机分为联合组(40例,替罗非班+丁苯酞)与对照组(40例,替罗非班),比较两组的凝血功能指标、氧化应激指标、神经功能缺损情况及生活自理能力。结果治疗后,联合组APTT、PT长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合给药组血清SOD水平高于对照组,MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组NIHSS评分低于对照组,改良Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论替罗非班联合丁苯酞治疗超溶栓时间窗脑梗死患者,可改善其凝血功能及氧化应激反应,有利于患者神经功能及生活自理能力的恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of tirofiban combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with super thrombolysis time window.Methods 80 cerebral infarction patients with super thrombolysis time window admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into combined group(40 cases,tirofiban+butylphthalide)and control group(40 cases,tirofiban).The coagulation function indicators,oxidative stress indicators,neurological deficits and self-care ability were compared between groups.Results After treatment,the APTT and PT of the combined group were longer than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum SOD level of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the MDA level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the modified Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tirofiban combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with super thrombolysis time window can improve the coagulation function and oxidative stress response,which is beneficial for the recovery of neurological function and self-care ability.
