浮针联合物理疗法治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling combined with Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Idiopathic Facial Nerve Palsy

目的:探讨浮针联合物理疗法对特发性面神经麻痹患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2022年4月~2023年4月我院收治的特发性面神经麻痹患者40例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和联合组各20例。两组患者均给于常规药物治疗,联合组采用浮针联合物理治疗,对照组采用物理治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前、治疗2周及治疗4周Portmann评分,治疗前、治疗4周后患侧面神经肌电图检测面神经复合肌肉动作电位(CAMP)波幅、瞬目反射R1潜伏期,以及临床疗效。结果:治疗2周、4周,两组患者的Portmann评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且联合组Portmann评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CMAP波幅均较治疗前升高,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组R1潜伏期均较治疗前降低,联合组R1潜伏期短于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:特发性面神经麻痹患者在常规药物治疗及物理治疗的基础上加用浮针疗法可显著改善面神经功能,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling combined with physiotherapy on patients with idiopathic facial nerve palsy.Methods:40 patients with idiopathic facial nerve palsy admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into 20 patients in the control group and 20 patients in the combined group by randomized table method.Both groups of patients were given conventional drug treatment,and the combined group was treated with Fu's Subcutaneous Needling combined with physical therapy,while the control group was treated with physical therapy.The patients in the two groups were compared with each other in terms of Portmann score before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,facial nerve compound muscle action potential(CAMP)wave amplitude,transient reflex R1 latency,and clinical efficacy of the patients before and after 4 weeks of treatment by facial nerve electromyography.Results:At 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the Portmann scores of patients in both groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the Portmann scores of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CMAP wave amplitude of both groups was higher than before treatment,and the combined group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);R1 latency of both groups was lower than before treatment,and R1 latency of the combined group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy on the basis of conventional medication and physical therapy in patients with idiopathic facial nerve palsy can significantly improve the function of the facial nerve and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
