认知-运动双重任务训练治疗韦尼克脑病1例康复病例报告

The Cognition-Motor Dual Task Training for Wernicke's Encephalopathy Motor Dual Task Training for Wernicke's Encephalopathy:A Case Report

目的:观察认知-运动双重任务训练治疗1例韦尼克脑病的康复效果。方法:收集韦尼克脑病患者1例,运用认知-运动双重任务训练治疗共2周,分别对患者治疗前、治疗1周与治疗2周后的认知功能、运动功能、平衡功能、日常生活活动能力及行走功能进行评估。结果:治疗1周与2周后,患者Berg量表评分、简易精神状态检查量表评分、运动功能评定量表评分、功能独立性量表评分均显著提高,Holden步行功能级别提高。结论:认知-运动双重任务训练可以改善韦尼克脑病患者认知与平衡功能,促进下肢步行及运动功能的重建,提升社会参与能力,具有积极疗效。

Objective:To observe the rehabilitation effect of cognition-motor dual task training on a case of Wernicke's encephalopathy.Methods:A patient with Wernicke's encephalopathy was collected and treated with cognition-motor dual task training for 2 weeks.The cognitive function,motor function,balance function,activities of daily living and walking function were evaluated before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the Berg scale score,mini-Mental State Examination scale score,motor function rating scale score,functional independence scale score were significantly improved,Holden walking function level increased.Conclusion:Cognition-dual task training can improve the cognitive and balance function,promote the reconstruction of lower limb walking and motor function,and enhance the ability of social participation in patients with Wernicke's encephalopathy.
