摘要
This paper mainly introduces the research progress on interface failure behavior in high-temperature alloy surface thermal barrier coating systems.The degradation failure and structural evolution behavior during high-temperature service were analyzed for the matrix/bonding layer interface,bonding layer/TGO interface,and TGO/ceramic layer interface in thermal barrier coatings.The research focus and direction that affect the interface performance of thermal barrier coatings were proposed.
