The Establishment Process of Wall Newspapers in the Central Soviet Area

中央苏区时期,中国共产党革命的工作重心由城市转向农村,其报纸宣传工作也在农村面临着新的办报环境和阅读对象,即面临着办报物质条件不足、宣传环境转换和读者阅读水平不一的挑战。为突破苏区报纸的阅读困境,中国共产党在苏区早期的办报实践中逐步探索出了以《时事简报》为代表的本土墙报经验,而后又与苏俄的墙报传统相融合—吸纳苏区群众组成墙报委员会作为墙报的组织形式,形成了成熟的墙报工作体系。墙报的创设和发展,为中国共产党的宣传工作开创出新的媒介形态。

During the period of the Central Soviet Area, the focus of the CPC's revolution shifted from cities to rural areas, presenting new challenges for the CPC's newspaper publicity work in rural settings. These challenges included insufficient material conditions for newspaper establishment, changes in the publicity environment, and the limited reading levels of the rural readers. In order to overcome the reading dilemma faced by newspapers in the Soviet Area, the CPC gradually explored the experience of local wall newspapers,represented by Current Affairs Briefing, in the early practice of newspaper establishment in the Soviet Area. Subsequently, this experience was integrated with the wall newspaper tradition of Soviet Russia, incorporating the grassroots people into the Wall Newspaper Committee as the organizational form of the wall newspaper, thus forming a mature wall newspaper work system.The establishment and development of wall newspapers paved the way for the CPC to innovate new media forms for its publicity work.
