摘要
中药发酵技术是一种利用微生物发酵的中药传统炮制方法。利用微生物在合适的温湿度、酸碱度和接种量等条件下,将中草药或其提取物作为底物进行发酵,可提高其活性成分利用率,进而达到增强药效、减少毒副作用、节省药材资源、保护环境等效果。随着现代发酵技术的发展,微生物发酵中药得到了更加深入的研究,并在畜牧生产中展现出巨大的应用优势。文章对中药发酵技术在畜牧生产中的优势及应用研究进展加以综述,并对其应用前景进行展望,以期为中药发酵技术在畜牧生产中的进一步应用提供参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine fermentation technology is a traditional Chinese medicine processing method using microbial fermentation.Using microorganisms to ferment Chinese herbs or their extracts as substrates under appropriate temperature,humidity,pH,and inoculant amount,the utilization rate of their active ingredients can be improved,so as to achieve the effects of enhancing drug efficacy,reducing toxic side effects,saving medicinal materials resources,and protecting the environment.With the development of modern fermentation technology,microbial fermentation of traditional Chinese medicine has been studied more deeply and has shown great advantages in animal husbandry production.In this paper,the advantages and application of TCM fermentation technology in animal husbandry were reviewed,and the application prospect of TCM fermentation technology in animal husbandry was prospected.
