摘要 梳理国家及地方标准对近零能耗建筑的定义及其能耗控制电气指标要求,通过某近零能耗建筑工程案例,总结管线盒气密性、智能化控制系统、照明设计、能耗监测系统、可再生能源利用等设计要点。 The definition of nearly zero energy buildings and the requirements of electrical indicators for energy consumptio1ncontrolinnationalandlocal standards are reviewed,a case of nearly zero energy building project is used to summarize the key points of design such as the air tightness of pipeline box,intelligenctontrol system,Jlighting design,eenergy consumption monitoring system,and renewable energy utilization.
