摘要
为减少检测过程中的人工干预,实现加液的自动化,设计研发了检测智能加液装置,选取pH值、甲醛作为加液目标任务,构建加液装置的模型。从功能、精度、效率等方面进行分析,表明此加液装置符合检测要求,可部分替代实验室人工操作。
In order to reduce manual intervention in the detection process and realize the automation of liquid adding,an intelligent liquid adding device was designed and developed,pH value and formaldehyde were selected as the target tasks of liquid adding.Analysis from the aspects of function,accuracy,efficiency,etc.,shows that this device meets the detection requirements and can partially replace laboratory manual operation.
