结晶器角缝超标原因分析与控制

摘要 结晶器是连铸机的关键设备。针对结晶器角缝超标造成角缝夹钢、铜板划伤、铸坯飞边缺陷、悬挂漏钢等恶性事故的问题,采用设备树展开的方式结合结晶器使用经验,对造成结晶器角缝超标的设备因素进行了分析。结果表明,结晶器水箱平面度超标、窄面铜板腐蚀、磨损、结晶器导向部位存在杂物、结晶器夹紧碟簧性能下降、窄面水箱与传动缸筒连接间隙超标等因素均会造成结晶器角缝变大,甚至超标。通过完善结晶器修复标准、周期性检测水箱的平面度、增加结晶器导向部位防护装置、采用压力检测的方式严格控制碟簧变形量、周期性地检测窄面水箱与传动缸筒连接间隙,加强结晶器铜板、结晶器夹紧碟簧等重要部件的检查验收等措施,结晶器角缝超标问题得到有效控制。 Mold is the key equipment of continuous casting machine.In order to solve the problems of corner seam exceeding the standard,such as corner steel clamp,copper plate scratch,billet flash defect,hanging breakout,etc.,the equipment factors that cause the corner gap of mold to exceed the standard were analyzed.The results show that,some factors,such as excessive flatness of crystallizer water tank,corrosion of copper plate with narrow face,abrasion,impurities in the guide part of crystallizer,decline of the performance of crystallizer clamping disc spring,excessive gap between narrow face water tank and drive cylinder,etc.,even over the limit.By perfecting the standard of mold repair,periodically testing the flatness of water tank,increasing the protective device of the guiding part of mold,strictly controlling the deformation of the disc spring by means of pressure testing,and periodically testing the connection gap between the narrow-face water tank and the transmission cylinder,strengthen the mould copper plate,mould clamping disc spring and other important parts of the inspection and acceptance of measures,mold corner seam problem has been effectively controlled.
